As part of a bespoke attic conversion, Hubbub worked closely with the homeowner and building contractor to bring modern home entertainment and audio technology into a newly repurposed loft space. With careful planning from the earliest stages, we delivered a tailored solution that elevates everyday enjoyment while maximising the usability of the attic's unique layout.
A Dedicated Entertainment Space
The focus of this project was to create an immersive home cinema experience, blending high-quality audio, elegant visual presentation and intuitive operation. Hubbub's approach ensured that technology enhances the space without visually overpowering it, preserving the architectural character of the conversion while delivering modern performance. Key elements of the installation included:
- Custom home cinema system Designed to provide surround sound and a large projected image for films, sports and gaming, giving the attic a true cinematic feel.
- Discreet communications cabinet Centrally located in a newly created shelving cupboard, housing the technology neatly and out of sight for a clean, uncluttered finish.
- SONOS® multi-room music A SONOS audio system was installed with in-ceiling speakers in the new attic shower room, extending high-quality music throughout the upper levels of the home while maintaining a minimal visual profile.
Throughout the project, Hubbub provided a full service from structured pre-wiring and system installation to commissioning and customer familiarisation, ensuring that the homeowner was confident enjoying every part of the new technology.
